Our stay was enjoyable, especially being greeted by friendly staff and a good breakfast selection. The location was central, making our exploration easy. A lovely bar area added to the experience, perfect for unwinding.

Our room felt smaller than expected, and we faced some quirks with parking availability. It was a bit cramped, making maneuvering after a long day quite challenging.

The location is unbeatable , everything is in walking distance, including a lovely park and numerous eateries. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and cozy, great for a short stay.

The lack of air conditioning makes warm nights uncomfortable , and the breakfast service can be chaotic during busy times, leading to long waits for a table.

Take advantage of the comfortable bar atmosphere to unwind after a day of sightseeing. It’s quite enjoyable and a nice way to socialize.

Room cleanliness needs improvement!!! Carpets should be deep cleaned and maintenance requests handled promptly!!! The dining space is cramped during peak times, leading to uncomfortable situations!!!

the location is nice, but honestly, having no hot water was absolutely unacceptable for a place like this, and the carpets were filthy, disgusting really. i was hoping for something special for my stay, maybe a welcome treat or a room upgrade, but alas, just regular treatment for me. what a disappointment, i almost thought to give a good review, but no way now.

the staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the bar downstairs had amazin drinks. the room was clean, and the cleaning ladies did a great job every day, which was a really nice touch. also, the little village was pretty and lovely to explore, with beautiful sights nearby. overall a comfy stay for a couple of nights.

The standard double room was quite compact but perfect for a solo stay. everything was clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed the comfortable night's sleep and friendly service, although parking can be tricky. The nearby attractions, including the cathedral, made the trip worthwhile.

It was just an excellent fit for a mini-vacation in Saint-Omer with good value. The room was very quiet, which I appreciated for a restful night. Avoid peak breakfast times to enjoy a smoother experience.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel, with the perfect location just minutes away from the town square and plenty of dining options within walking distance. The breakfast was a highlight, offering freshly baked pastries and a self-service area for boiling eggs, making every morning enjoyable. Plus, the restaurant atmosphere was lovely, and both dinner experiences were delightful with attentive service and a varied menu that included local flavors. I would have appreciated the addition of a kettle in the room for my convenience.
